Regardless of whether a player is new to playing ball or not, before a player’s first lesson with us, a Free 30 minute Player Assessment is given.
This may sound rigorous and intimidating, but in actuality, they are not. Most say, our Player Assessment is challenging, yet fun. We say, mission accomplished!
The Player Assessment Pinpoints Where Attention Is Needed Most
There is a lot we do during a player’s assessment.
First, we take under account the player’s age, physical ability, skill level, and understanding of the game.
Next, we then put together a set of appropriate player assessment drills, that pinpoints where attention is needed most.
It Is Not All Business. We Use This Time to Get to Know The Player
The Player Assessment is also our time to get to know the playtheir player goals, and learn strengths and struggles. Some goals are to sit less, and play more. Some, set their sights on making All-Stars. Whatever the player goal may be, it always centers around elevating he player’s abilities.
