Below, are the details to our guarantee, please read.
- The player is able to comprehend and demonstrate the instruction being given.
- The player is there for the full lesson, willing to perform the tasks being asked of him/her.
- Any player limitations be brought to our attention before the lesson, so we may adjust the lesson to accommodate the player.
THE GROUND RULES
Our guarantee to help ball players reach their goals, and that begins with providing a fun, rewarding experience. To do this, requires that players show up ready and willing to work on their game. This will require following some simple ground rules:
Late arrivals You will be billed for the time that was scheduled. If you are fifteen (15) minutes late, your lesson will be forty-five (45) minutes. A player may add time to the lesson, if the Instructor’s schedule can accommodate. Additional times are booked in increments of thirty (30) minutes.
No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations
Things can change, and when they do, you will want to notify us within 5 hours, to avoid a No Show/ Last-Minute Cancellation fee of thirty dollars ($30).
Our Three Strikes Policy
Our policy is simple. A player who shows up late, cancels without properly notifying us, or exhibits rude or threatening behaviors; the third time offense will be grounds for suspension or termination the player’s instruction program.
Parent Participation
We welcome parent participation during practice, so long as parent(s) refrain from distracting the player, or instructor. The instructor reserves the right to make a player’s lesson a “closed session” if parent(s) should make the player feel uncomfortable, or unable to focus on the instructor.
